Technical Support apprentice level 4

Come and join our wonderful team at Exascale, Telford We are recruiting a Technical Support Apprentice – Level 4 Role Overview To support, document and enhance both the core and edge networks operated and owned by Exascale Ltd.

This role will also cover integration of billing systems with the network equipment for client / end user billing and authorisation of use.

Enhance operational support systems (OSS) with development into AI control of day-to-day monitoring.

The technical support apprentice will be a key member of the company which ensures the long-term commitment of Exascale to this person, additional training above the apprenticeship course will involve equipment manufacturers courses on specific items used within the networks along with bespoke software training courses.
