Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, WhatsApp, e-mail and digital platforms;
- Handle technical questions and complaints in a personalized manner, seeking solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Advise customers on correct product application and installation procedures;
- Assist customers with product warranty claims, acting as an intermediary with retailers and distributors;
- Create service tickets and schedule technical visits, supporting the field technical consultant team;
- Provide support and analyze processes involving reimbursement or refund of labor costs;
- Collaborate with the technical department to update documents, manuals and procedures, and prepare reports on Customer Service activities.
