About The Role A permanent opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Analyst within Craigs Investment Partners (CIP), based out of our central Auckland office. Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, the key focus of this role is to provide 2nd level support within the Infrastructure and Service Delivery Team, manage third party Vendors to deliver best practice service to its customers, and achieve the requirements of the IT service level agreements with the Business across CIP’s IT services.
