Job Description
Primary Role Focus The Technical Services Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to the Sales team by acting as a subject matter expert and technical resource for Packer Plus tools and equipment. This role is also responsible for ensuring products and completions designs are applied successfully . Reports to Regional Engineering Manager, MENA.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
+ Support Sales team with completion proposals and job designs.
+ Assist with projects, tenders and wellbore designs, as required.
+ Confirm projects specifications to ensure tools can successfully complete the applications.
+ Provide on call technical assistance when needed.
+ Present tool operations and information to clients; provide follow up on field incidents.
+ Maintain engineering aspects of product designs; identify risk factors and propose alternate solutions, recommendations or approaches.
