Technical Services Engineer (Kuwait)

Primary Role Focus The Technical Services Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to the Sales team by acting as a subject matter expert and technical resource for Packer Plus tools and equipment.

This role is also responsible for ensuring products and completions designs are applied successfully .

Reports to Regional Engineering Manager, MENA.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities Support Sales team with completion proposals and job designs.

Assist with projects, tenders and wellbore designs, as required.

Confirm projects specifications to ensure tools can successfully complete the applications.

Provide on call technical assistance when needed.

Present tool operations and information to clients; provide follow up on field incidents.

Maintain engineering aspects of product designs; identify risk factors and propose alternate solutions, recommendations or approaches.
