Technical Service Representative

The Technical Service Representative provides bakery and snack food shortenings and oils application support to customers and the Bunge Oils’ sales organization via personal visits, telephone, and email correspondence. In conjunction with sales, the representative defines the best way to support customers’ requests, identifies their needs and assists them.

• Responsible for bakery and snack food shortenings and oils application support to customers and the Bunge Oils’ sales organization.
• Corresponds with customers under guidance from sales or the supervisor on the promotion of Bunge Oils’ bakery and snack food shortening and oils products.
• Develops and maintains mastery of the Bunge Oils’ product line as applied to bakery and snack food products.
