We’re looking for an experienced Technical Service Director to join our Cruise division.

What you will be doing

Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for the end-to-end installation and maintenance of our proprietary commercial cleaning products (known in the industry as ‘CBN + ’).

Managing a team of engineers, project managers, chemical experts you will ensure that our products and planned, installed and serviced within agreed timescales and cost.

Core accountabilities will include:

• Ensure our CBN + product is readily available as and when required.
• All dispensing / dosing equipment and ancillary parts are available for all vessel activities.
