Role purpose

Context & Core Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and effective frontline customer technical support under supervision of senior tech function; may attend customers independently in designated area of smaller size customer requirements
• Cooperate with Technology and Analytical laboratory in the development of identified technology solutions to ensure they comply with customer and market needs; may guide section of a laboratory
• Conduct continuous local market and competitor observation from the technology perspective and provide input to budgets and standards - monitored by OFC team
• Support resolution of technology related customer claims with OFC teams to provide optimized solutions to maximize customer satisfaction
• Accurately report on above mentioned activities
