Technical Sales Support (Barcelona)

The Role

Technical Sales Support will provide technical advice and support all products sold to Norgren customer.

The technical sales support also supports the Sales Teams with commercially viable solutions, which will result in the growth of the business and Norgren achieving its strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• To actively assist the sales teams, achieve sales targets by identifying and delivering commercially viable, value-added customized solutions.
• Expertly manage technical aspects of customer enquiries using excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Develop and work with a wide-ranging network to enhance professional and technical knowledge to allow support of full product range.
• Learn in-depth new product features and benefits and support customers/sales, as necessary.
• Ability to manage differing priorities while delivering an exceptional service to the customer.
