Technical sales representative / technician

Duties & Responsibilities Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers face to face Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Submit orders and follow through with internal sales staff Promote and demonstrate new products in line with supplier target market Support customer base with all technical needs Stay informed on the latest technologies within the industry Monitor opposition activity and report to management Have monthly meetings with customers to discuss concerns and successes Attend supplier training sessions and product launches Provide training at customer level Requirements Proven work experience as an External Sales Representative (Decorative, Automotive or Industrial) Ability to build product...
