Newly Qualified Food Technologist - Sales Opportunity

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist customers in product usage, training, and troubleshooting, both in-person and over the phone, especially for Cash and Carry customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to enhance market share at customer locations.
• Manage urgent deliveries and collections as required.
• Maintain up-to-date product and process knowledge and continuously seek improvement.
• Set up and manage display counters effectively.
• Communicate efficiently through weekly reports and emails.
• Identify and explore opportunities for new product lines and contribute to business growth.
