Technical Sales Manager
As Technical Sales Manager, you've got the technical knowledge to earn people's respect, the commercial awareness to spot opportunities and the leadership experience to bring people with you.
You can hold your own in the boardroom.
Then head onto the shop floor and do exactly the same.
This is consultative selling at its best. You're not selling something from a catalogue. You're helping customers find the right engineered solution, which is why you'll probably have experience supplying sectors such as Aerospace, defence, power generation, oil and gas, wind or OEM manufacturing.
As Technical Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of eight across Key Account Management, Sales Engineering and Sales Administration, while staying close to some of the business's larger customer relationships.
Some days you'll be reviewing a long-term agreement.
