TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company
• Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential and existing accounts.
• Maintain communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.
• Provide pre sales and after sales technical support when and where necessary
• Assist in servicing principal.
• Assist in complying to ISO 9001:2015 standard
• Oversee customer related matters, e.g., shipment, delivery, payment and etc
• Assist in providing accurate sales forecast to production
• Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
