Job Description

1. Provide pre-sales technical support for IC testers and test solutions; participate in market research for new product development and existing product improvements; conduct technical feasibility assessments for testing technologies.
2. Develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships; engage in technical communication with customers regarding equipment functions, specifications, and test solutions; identify and guide customer needs to support sales target achievement.
3. Organize technical training for customers and internal sales teams, serve as the bridge between sales, R&D, and end customers; support the sales team in meeting performance goals.
