This role focuses on delivering comprehensive technical services to support circuit design and development. You will facilitate training sessions and workshops for sales teams and customers alike, driving effective demand creation that enhances customer relationships. Collaborate closely with the Regional Director and account teams to execute impactful programs that benefit both the clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide early-stage support in system solution consultation • Troubleshoot and design guidance during customer interactions • Train sales teams to optimize demand creation efforts • Develop programs to strengthen partnerships • Maintain customer activity records in CRM
