Overview
We are looking for a Technical Recruitment Specialist to manage domestic hiring for our Infrastructure and IT teams. This role is a direct report to the Global Head of HR . You will execute all recruitment activities strictly according to the instructions, guidelines, and final approvals provided by the Global Head of HR. This is an execution-focused role with no unilateral decision-making authority.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment Execution (Under Direct Instruction of Global Head HR): Source, screen, and present shortlisted candidates for domestic technical roles, including: Data Center Engineers (server hardware, virtualization, OS); Network Engineers (routing, switching, firewalls, Cisco/Juniper); Helpdesk/IT Support (Tier 1-3, Active Directory, O365, ticketing).
