who can manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and close technical positions efficiently. The ideal candidate should be skilled at generating a high volume of quality applications and hiring within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
- Generate a high volume of relevant applications for technical roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
