- Headhunting
- Technical and non technical recruitment
- Screening resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions
- Organize and attend job fairs
- Source potential candidates through online channels
- Plan interview and selection process
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant Discipline
- Ability to Learn. and grow
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Oral).
Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
