Must-Haves
- 1–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or high-volume environment)
- Experience managing 40+ hires per year with clear recruiting metrics
- Prior experience working fully onsite in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work 50–60 hours per week on average
- Stable work history with no more than two roles in the last four years

- Agency recruiting background
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Prior promotion within a recruiting organization
- Experience supporting engineering or technical roles
