Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in hiring for IT and technical roles. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, .Net, Angular, AI Engineer, etc.)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ATS records
- Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding process
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs
