Job Description
Title : Technical Recruiter
Location : Arlington or Herndon, VA
Duration : 12-month contract
Pay : $38-51/hour
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of high-volume technical sourcing (preferably for data center roles)
- Excellent sourcing acumen and demonstrated ability to use creative sourcing strategies to generate robust, diverse pipelines of talent to support hyper scaling organizations
- Experience working in high-volume environments with metric-driven goals
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Team Qualities: strong work ethic, great interpersonal skills (no hesitation picking up the phone, getting candidates excited about opportunities), results-oriented
