What You’ll Do: Project Planning & Governance

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, and budgets
• Establish project governance, reporting cadence, and decision‑making forums
• Align project scope with both business and technical stakeholders

• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost variances
• Control scope changes through formal change management processes
• Clearly communicate trade‑offs between scope, timeline, and cost
