What & Why: Our enterprise client is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex data platform programs primarily supporting call center operations, reporting, and analytics. You’ll drive execution across Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI, coordinating delivery across Salesforce Service Cloud, digital channels, and data ingestion pipelines.
