Job Description
- At least 15+ Years of experience
- Two or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
- Experience in managing stakeholders and delivering the projects successfully.
- Strong experience in initiating & migrating the cloud transformation projects.
- Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Strong working knowledge of ERP software’s like PeopleSoft Financials & HR, SAP HANA
- Strong Experience in implanting & managing enterprise-wide applications like SharePoint, Digital Signature & RPA
- Experience in managing the department’s budget & Vendors / Customers
