Job Summary: Drives the execution of AI and digital transformation initiatives by translating strategy into delivery. Partners with engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver AI solutions (including AI agents and automation) while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and automation programs across multiple teams.
• Translate strategy into execution plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Drive prioritization, scheduling, and resource planning for AI initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, business, stakeholders) to ensure alignment and progress.
• Track program performance, risks, and dependencies, and adjust plans as needed.
