This is a remote position. We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Tier 1 Technical Product Support. Representative to join our team based in the New York City Area. In this role, you will provide support for our complex products, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. While you'll be part of a collaborative team, you must also be independent, responsible, and accountable in managing customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues. Strong organizational skills, professionalism, proactive problem-solving and a courteous approach are essential, as is the ability to quickly learn and apply technical knowledge.
