Technical Product Manager (MCP, API)

Parcel Perform is looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the developer & AI agent-facing surface of our platform; our public APIs, MCP server offering, and the data model foundations that both depend on. This role sits at the intersection of platform strategy, API & MCP design, and developer & AI agent experience. You will set the standards other squads build within, and translate complex infrastructure decisions into a coherent, trustworthy API product that enterprise customers and AI agents can rely on.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own Parcel Perform’s MCP server offering end-to-end, from initial MVP through expansion, and establish cross-squad standards such as tool naming, action granularity, and eligibility criteria that govern how product capabilities are exposed as MCP actions.
