Deploys all prescription actions with consultants assigned, in order to maximize the business with them. Deploy & lead successfully the Consultant club program for North of Vietnam To bring Schneider solutions directly to customers and understanding customers needs. To build and secure relationship with M&E consultants in North of Vietnam Promote visibility of Schneider in the local consultant network Be the technical expert for solution consultation business unit Align the goals and strategies to accomplish short-term & long-term projects being specified. Positive client relationship with clear interaction and engagement. Clear view of customer channel and creating opportunities for solution deployment Regularly conduct training, coordinate with Offer Marketing & Marcom to organize seminar/product launching for consultants network.
