Essential Job Functions: 
• Provide technical support services, responding to issues and assisting in tasks. 
• Contribute to projects and tasks under supervision. 
• Work with the team to address challenges and meet departmental needs. 
• Support the development of documentation, including incident logs and records. 
• Continue to develop and enhance technical skills. 
• Follow established best practices and standards in service delivery. 
Quarterly IT Review – Once a quarter – will assist in client’s quarterly IT review. This work will consume a lot of time for the months the quarterly review is done.
Password Reset – Work ServiceNow tickets for mainframe password resets (Varies – but on avg 1-3 per day)
Review Daily Terminated users and Identify any with Mainframe Access (Daily process – maybe 20 minutes). There is also a weekly process to follow at the EOW (~ 20 minutes).
