Responsibilities:
Operational Architecture: Operate at the intersection of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and digital manufacturing. Shape how work is planned, executed, and measured across multi-site fabrication locations.
... Advanced Fabrication Strategy: Provide strategic leadership to Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering teams, enabling real-time, creative solutions to complex heavy-gauge metal fabrication challenges.
Department Liaison: Ensure seamless flow between the engineering office and the shop floor.
Continuous Improvement: Challenge teams to look beyond basic Lean tools to drive strategic, cross-functional impact on throughput and quality.
Quality & Compliance: Partner closely with Production and Quality departments to deploy standard work that meets military-grade precision standards.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
