Technical Market Operations Specialist (Derivatives)

Job Summary

Join our high‑performing Market Operations team as a critical link between financial markets and technology. In this role, you will support existing clients, deliver technology‑driven initiatives, and provide high‑touch customer support for our derivatives trading and market data lines of business. Your work will ensure the seamless execution of client certifications and QA testing, while shaping the future of our trading ecosystem.

Location & Schedule

Hybrid (2–3 days per week in the office) – Montreal, QC. Monday‑Friday covering America’s trading hours (8:00AM–6:00PM). Occasional flexibility for special events or shift coverage may be required.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver Level1 and Level2 technical support for Direct Market Access vendors, Canadian and foreign approved participants, and market data vendors.
