Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all technical activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Review project drawings, specifications, contracts and technical documents
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers and project teams for technical approvals
- Review and resolve design issues, RFIs and technical queries
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements
- Manage shop drawings, material submittments, method statements and technical submissions
- Provide technical support to project teams and site operations
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, architectural and other disciplines
- Identify technical risks and provide effective solutions
- Monitor design changes, variations and technical impacts on projects
