In this key role, you will provide critical technical support for equipment provided by Brandt Tractor, acting as a liaison between branches and OEMs like John Deere. Your diagnostic expertise will help tackle complex product issues while assisting Machine Monitoring Specialists in problem resolution across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor DTCs and Expert Alerts for machine repairs
• Research machine activities and propose action
• Communicate solutions to Service Departments and customers
• Ensure follow-up on recommendations for resolution
• Generate Fleet Health reports showing value to customers
