About the TeamThe Learning and Technical Publications team creates technical learning experiences that enable customers, channel partners, and Grass Valley employees to successfully deploy, operate, maintain, and support Grass Valley solutions. The team develops instructor-led, blended, and supporting learning assets for operators, engineers, and architects working across Grass Valley's product portfolio.Role PurposeWe are seeking a Technical Learning Content Developer to provide dedicated learning development capacity for priority training and certification programmes.
The primary focus of the role is the creation of high-quality instructor-led learning materials and supporting artefacts for technical audiences. Working closely with subject matter experts, Product teams, Customer Success, and the Learning team, the contractor will design, develop, package, and prepare learning assets for stakeholder review and sign-off.
