11:00 PM - 7:00 AMJob Objective: Safely perform troubleshooting, diagnostic analysis, repair, and routine maintenance of production equipment following established Standard Operating Procedures. Provide technical expertise and leadership implementing all mechanical and improvement initiatives for weaving machines including the normal operation, installation, troubleshooting, modification, re-design, maintenance, training and mentoring of loom mechanics; Maintain and/or coordinate the work on updating product and process documentation for standardization of all weave room processes.
