Technical Lead, Supply Chain Systems

Position Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead – Supply Chain Systems to provide technical leadership and application support for our network's Inventory Demand/Forecasting and Replenishment platform. This role will be responsible for supporting the stability, enhancement, and continuous improvement of a critical supply chain planning solution.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a technical lead and subject matter resource for the Inventory Demand/Forecasting and Replenishment application landscape, support application functionality, configuration, integrations, enhancements, and ongoing improvements.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate this into solutions by collaborating with vendor partners and internal technology teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues raised by business, oversee the issue analysis, root cause identification and deployment of the fix through the change management process. ...
