Technical Lead/Platform Engineer

The objective is to deliver full lifecycle support for scientific platformscovering installation, configuration, operation, maintenance, data processing, security, user enablement, and continuous innovation within available contract capacity. These services shall ensure platforms remain high-performing, compliant, well-documented, and optimized for scientific productivity. The base period focus for scientific platforms is primarily steady-state operations and sustainment, with potential modernization activities to be scoped and defined at the task-order level. The contractor shall install and configure hardware, software, services, APIs, laboratory system interfaces, and storage components supporting scientific platforms. This task requires performing acceptance testing and ensure all systems meet specifications and are operational within required timelines.
