Technical Lead – Mainframe Modernization & Cloud

Kyndryl is seeking a Technical Lead Software Development in Lima to design, build and maintain high-volume business logic on the mainframe while guiding modernization toward cloud and mobile integrations.

You’ll work with experts across global teams, optimize performance, debug complex systems, and implement microservices, containers, and REST services. A strong Java background and experience with DevOps are essential; hybrid work with partial remote options is offered.
