Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will lead a team of 5 engineers, driving the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance banking applications. You will be hands-on while providing technical guidance, mentoring team members, and ensuring delivery excellence across the full software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 developers, conducting code reviews, facilitating agile ceremonies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Design and develop backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot , deployed on Kubernetes clusters.
