Responsibilities
- Design and develop on-demand, video-based, instructor-led, virtual-instructor-led, and blended learning courses and programs for CSG Forte software solution offerings and applications. Target audiences include CSG Forte employees, merchant and partner customers.
- Review technical documentation and existing course materials, and interview SMEs to gather information for instructional material development.
- Collaborate with end users to define business procedures and establish content and documentation. Work with SMEs to collect and interpret information.
- Utilize and update training materials in accordance with CSG Quality and Document Control requirements.
- Deliver train-the-trainer programs for CSG Forte staff and job‑specific trainers throughout the organization as needed.
