Overview
Encore Auctions is Canada's largest online auction of new, returned, undeliverable and overstocked items from several major online retailers. Every week, thousands of bidders have the opportunity to acquire an extensive variety of products, sometimes at a fraction of the retail price. This position involves cataloguing showcase items and preparing them for upcoming auctions.
Key Responsibilities
- Cataloguing high-end items (e.g., cell phones, tablets, computers, ear buds, headphones) for upcoming auctions.
- Test functionality of each item: power on/off, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, verification of any defects, perform factory default resets where appropriate, and ensure gaming systems are operational.
- Prepare accurate and detailed condition reports to maximize bidder interest.
