Technical Functions Expert (Cleanliness)

Responsible for technical support across value streams, serving as the technical voice of JuP1 to the CoCs and as a central reference for process definitions within JuP1.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with VDA 19.1 for particulate contamination of functionally relevant automotive components.
• Manage VDA 19.2 processes for technical cleanliness in assembly, covering environment, logistics, personnel, and equipment.
• Implement ISO 16232 requirements for the cleanliness of road vehicle components and systems.
• Maintain close contact with international competence centers.
• Participate in process‑definition meetings at lead plants.
• Ensure process‑specific standards and facilitate know‑how exchange across cross‑functional teams.
• Support value stream engineering teams.
• Improve process stability and efficiency.
