Technical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales and project teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions in line with current type‑tested product offerings.
• Provide input and review technical drawing submissions from the mechanical engineering team prior to issuing them to the customer and releasing them to production.
• Assist in the development and release of standardized engineering documentation such as drawings and BOMs.
• Coordinate cross‑plant problem‑solving teams to improve project and engineering performances.
• Assist the project team in preparing the design drawings and documentation in line with the specification requirements for the busbar package for different plants.
• Establish procedures and provide direct support for plant‑to‑plant product transfers and new product development programs.
