Develop certifications that validate skills and expertise, ensuring our teams stay confident and credible. 
Help team leaders and technical experts apply consistent best practices worldwide, while bringing feedback back to improve our products and processes. 
 What we expect from you?  
5+ years in enablement, technical training, learning & development, or related roles (SaaS, Martech, or enterprise software preferred). 
Prior experience working with technical teams (, Solution Architects, Pre-Sales, or Product Specialists) or building technical content.
