Job Summary
Emmerson Packaging is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Drafter to join our dynamic team. The Technical Illustrator plays a critical role in developing and delivering flexible packaging specifications. As a technical resource, the Technical Illustrator collaborates with customers, packers, graphic designers, converters, and internal departments to ensure seamless packaging solutions that meet performance and aesthetic requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Specification Development
- Create precise die lines as templates for graphic layouts, converting specifications, and product packing requirements using the latest vector design software.
- Develop production layouts for print, lamination, trimming, and perforation processes.
- Project and Resource Management
- Maintain and manage production drawing logs and design libraries.
