As a Distributor Service Representative, you will ensure customers receive top-tier technical assistance and service for HVAC products. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, troubleshooting issues, and fostering relationships with both customers and colleagues. Collaborating with team members and vendors, you will also support the rollout of new products and maintain documentation for proper equipment installation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and troubleshoot operational problems for customers
• Develop and implement training programs
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
• Liaise to resolve customer disputes effectively

• Minimum 3 years in sales within building materials
