Technical Development Designer

The Technical Development Designer will focus on our intimates and sleepwear business and is responsible for translating creative concepts into production-ready garments. This role will be focused on development and will partner closely with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, and Production teams to ensure fit integrity, construction excellence, comfort performance, and brand-right execution across bras, underwear, shapewear, loungewear, and sleep categories. This position requires expertise in intimate apparel construction, fit standards, grading, fabric performance, and 3D development tools.

Responsibilities:

• Own technical development from concept through 1st fit approval for intimates and sleep categories
