- Serve as the senior technical delivery point of contact for clients
- Build trusted relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders
- Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting
- Own multiple enterprise programs ensuring scope, budget, quality, and risk control
- Establish KPIs, governance frameworks, and proactive risk management
- Provide architectural oversight across microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
