Technical Customer Success Engineer - Onboarding & Adoption

CodeRoad Inc is looking for a Customer Success Engineer in Mexico City. In this role, you will be the primary technical partner for post-sale customers, guiding them through onboarding and integration processes. You will need at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and strong software engineering fundamentals. The ideal candidate will also possess advanced English communication skills and be capable of debugging issues while maintaining relationships with customers. Experience in SaaS environments is a plus.
