Job Description
Our Client, an American Biotechnology company, is looking for a Technical Course Developer 2 for their Norcross, GA location. Responsibilities:
+ Upon onboarding and completing required certifications, the Learning Content Specialist will:
+ Collaborate within the team and with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop or update learning content
+ Conduct peer review and QA of deliverables
+ Partner with content developers, LMS administrators, and Implementation Administrators to implement training content on client’s Learning, ISU, and Seismic platforms
+ Ensure accurate tracking of training content throughout the implementation and translation process and provide regular status updates to CL&D teams
+ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation and evaluation phases
